When mail and/or packages are received they are deposited in your box and electronic notification is sent to you. Most articles are processed within hours. If you so choose, mail and packages are forwarded weekly or monthly. In most cases you will not need support for service we provide, but there may be times when you have questions and we will be at your service.

Most issues are resolved over the phone or via email within 24 Hours. Walk in to pick up your mail or we can forward it to you. Ask us for details. Billing is every two months. Save more by paying yearly. Invoices are sent by email and also to your Astoria address. Payments can be dropped off or mailed to us or paid online. For added convenience you may also make payments over the phone.

All charges for packages must be paid in full upon receiving your package.
